Welcome

My name is Lani Grall and I am the school counselor at Spring Creek Elementary. I am so excited about the upcoming school year and can’t wait to meet all the students and families at SC!

As your school counselor, I help students in the following ways:

• Individual Counseling
• Small Group Counseling
• Classroom Guidance
• Attend and participate in student intervention meetings
• Observe students in various school environments
• Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, social workers and students to bring together resources for students
• Respond to school crises or emergency situations
• Provide information and resources to parents and teachers on various issues
• Coordinate 504 meetings and services for our students (if the student meets the definition of an “individual with a disability” under Section 504)
